Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements
between Ulwazi Adz and its clients.

  • The Booking / Order Form serves as a written contract between the parties that
      are signatories to the same.
  • The signatory declares that he/she is authorised to sign the Booking / Order Form on behalf of the COMPANY/ ORGANISATION for the amount stipulated.
  • The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded at the time and place of
    written acceptance by a duly authorized employee of the COMPANY/ORGANISATION.
  • The contract shall, commence on the date of signature and remain in force for the period stipulated therein.
  • The contract shall be binding upon the signatory’s respective successors and assigns.
  • The contract will not automatically renew. A renewal document will be forwarded to the client at the time of renewal.
  • Monthly quotations shall be invoiced as a whole amount, unless specified by the client.
  • All outstanding amounts due and payable to Ulwazi Adz are to be paid on presentation of an invoice as agreed by both parties.
  • All outstanding accounts will attract an interest fee of 15.5% per annum.
  • All Artwork must be supplied within five (5) working days on acceptance of agreement, failure
    to do so, will result in the Publisher extracting information from your COMPANY/ORGANISATION
    website to complete the design of your advertorial.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted within Twenty One (21) working days from date of signature.
  • Any cause of action shall fall within the jurisdiction of the GAUTENG MAGISTRATE COURT and all Legal and Collection Fees will be for the account of the COMPANY/ORGANISATION.
